Tell us  a little bit about Avenue Catering Enterprises.

Avenue Catering is truly a "custom" caterer.  We do not have a restaurant or venue to distract or limit menu selections. We do have menu ideas posted on our website, but we strive to create each menu unique to your event and fit your budget.  When you choose Avenue Catering, all of our services and staff are focused on ensuring your event is a success and the food that is served at your event is sourced, purchased and prepared specifically for your event.  We also cater to special diets and guests with possible allergies.  We will work with you to ensure all of your guests get Fresh Fabulous Food

What kind of food do you specialize in catering?

Because we are a custom caterer in the Pacific Northwest, and we use local ingredients when possible, we serve a lot of Pacific Northwest classics.

What is something unique about your catering services? 

We have the capability and are often called upon to serve events in hard to access and remote locations such as parks, islands, beaches, backyards, and private and commercial boats.

What is your favorite dish to prepare for weddings?

We are a custom caterer because we like the variety and thrive on the challenges that come with creating unique menus for our clients.  Whatever dish we are working on at the time you ask this question is our favorite.

What is the best part about catering for weddings?

Being a part of a couple's special day is an honor and knowing that we were able to enhance their celebration with great food but at the same time matching the theme and decor so our service just blends into the overall experience is very gratifying.
