Supplies:

  • Shallow shells of your choice, either purchased or collected (we think oysters would be beautiful)
  • Tea lights (see note)
  • Tongs
  • Tea towel
  • Skillet and burner
  • Pouring vessel with a spout, such as a Pyrex measuring cup
