This year the Pacific Northwest is positively buzzing with wedding shows. Vendors are gathering, so that you, the betrothed, can sample their appetizers, talk to their representatives, and see their oh-so-unique specialties. On page 99, you will find our list of 2025 wedding shows, which span several counties in Western Washington and stretch into British Columbia.  Be sure to check our website for the most up to date list.

Every time you choose a vendor, you fill in another part of the picture of what your wedding day is going to look like. At Pacific Coast Weddings, we know how important it is to choose quality, local vendors who fit perfectly into that picture. While we encourage you to go to wedding shows and meet vendors in person, we know that’s not always possible. That’s why we created our Resource Directory (P. 72 to 98). Visit us online to see photos of venues and vendors’ work, contact information and Q & As with our vendors, so that you can get to know them, see their style, and read about their passion for making weddings amazing. 

Whether your wedding is going to involve five guests, 50 guests, 500 guests, or just the two of you, this is your opportunity to celebrate your way. For every uniquely you decision there will be relatives and friends offering alternatives and personal preferences. This is your wedding. Make choices that reflect the two of you and your journey together.

However big or small, your wedding is going to come together. The seemingly insurmountable to-do lists will get shorter, we promise. The big day will come (you’ll have so much fun), and it’ll pass. Afterwards you’ll be married, and a few weeks later, on a sunny Saturday morning, you’ll wonder how you ever found time to fit in wedding planning on top of everything else.
