Submissions

For Vendors

If you are from as far south as Issaquah, Washington, north to Vancouver, B.C., and you'd like to submit a Pacific Northwest wedding, rehearsal dinner, engagement, styled photoshoot or any wedding-related event that you think is noteworthy, email us at editor@pacificcoastweddings.us and include the following:

1. Your info: Your company name, your name and your phone number (phone number for our eyes only).
2. Wedding/event info: Date, time and location, and the couple’s names and contact info.
3. Your photos: 50-100 professional images that you feel show the highlights of the wedding or event. We need all photos to be at least 10 inches on the long side at 300 DPI. Smaller photos will be discarded. We love detail shots and images of the bride and groom, but we don’t care so much about the bride’s uncle, as we’re looking for the overall wedding style. Feel free to send us watermarked photos.
Note: Black and white photos are okay for the blog, but will not be considered for print.
4. Tell us about it: We love to hear details about the wedding. The more information you can give us about the wedding, the better. A quote or two from the couple is always appreciated.
5. Wedding professionals: Please list all applicable vendors. We will not consider a wedding without a photography credit. Please include the photographer’s contact information.
6. May we use your photos for PCW's 2021 print edition? (Y/N) Note: We choose from our advertisers for the print edition.
7. May we use your photos for other blog posts (inspiration boards, DIY, color guides, etc.)? (Y/N)
8. May we pin your photos on Pinterest? (Y/N)

NOTE: We are currently accepting content that has already been published on other blogs or magazines. We prefer weddings and events that have taken place within the past 12 months.

For Brides

If you are from as far south as Issaquah, Washington, north to Vancouver, B.C., and you'd like to submit a real Pacific Northwest wedding, engagement session, rehearsal dinner or any other wedding-related event for consideration, we’d love to hear from you! Email us at editor@pacificcoastweddings.us and include the following:

1. Your info: Your name, your fiancé’s name and your phone number (phone number for our eyes only).
2. Your wedding/event info: date, time and location.
3. Your photos: 50-100 professional images for real weddings, or 35-50 for smaller shoots or events. We need all photos to be at least 10 inches on the long side at 300 DPI. Smaller photos will be discarded. We love detail shots and images of the couple, but we don’t care so much about your uncle dancing, as we’re looking for the overall wedding style.
Note: Black and white photos are okay for the blog, but will not be considered for print.
4. Tell us about it: We want to know what your focus was, how you designed your wedding, what your inspiration was, anything you did DIY, and a little bit about you and your sweetheart.
5. Your wedding professionals: Please list all of your vendors. We will not consider your wedding for publication without a photography credit. Please include your photographer’s contact information.
