Digital tips

- Use a QR Code to link to a third-party website where guests can upload the photos they take at your wedding. Make sure you find a photo upload site that allows people to upload easily and directly from their phones.
- Keep your wedding website simple. Stick to the basics, like day-of details, directions, online RSVP, and registry link.
- Online RSVPs are a must whether you have a wedding website or not. Include a QR code linking to your online RSVP tracker.
- Put guests’ addresses into a digital spreadsheet so that you can easily print off sticker address labels for save-the-dates, invitations, thank you notes and future holiday cards.
- Include charging stations in your reception area. Have multiple types of charges available at a few different locations around the venue.
- Digital wedding guestbooks are a great way to keep track of special day-of messages. Choose to request either video messages or typed messages. Use a QR code prominently displayed to direct guests to fill out a guestbook form with their name and message or upload their video message to a shared folder.
